Privacy Policy for AdCrunch Google Ads Reporting MCP

Effective date: August 26, 2026

AdCrunch LLC (“AdCrunch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates AdCrunch Google Ads Reporting MCP, an internal reporting tool for authorized AdCrunch employees and contractors. This policy explains how the tool accesses, uses, stores, and shares Google user data.

Data we access

After an authorized user grants access through Google OAuth, the tool may access Google Ads data for accounts that user is permitted to view. This may include account and customer identifiers; campaign, ad group, ad, keyword, asset, and conversion-action metadata; and performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, conversion value, and related aggregate reporting fields. The tool may also receive basic account information needed to complete authentication.

How we use Google user data

We use Google Ads data only to provide internal advertising reporting and analysis requested by authorized AdCrunch personnel, including preparing recurring client performance reports, validating report totals, and troubleshooting the reporting workflow. The tool is read-only in its intended operation and does not create or modify campaigns, ads, bids, budgets, audiences, billing settings, or account settings.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and retention

OAuth credentials and configuration are stored in the authorized user’s secured local environment. Retrieved Google Ads data may be temporarily processed and may appear in reports or working files created for the applicable client. We retain data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the reporting service, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, or resolve security and operational issues. Authorized users may request deletion of stored Google Ads data by contacting us.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising, credit, lending, or unrelated profiling. We may disclose data only:

to authorized AdCrunch employees and contractors who need it to prepare or review reports;

to service providers used to operate the reporting workflow, including OpenAI/Codex, subject to applicable contractual and security obligations;

when the user directs or consents to the disclosure;

when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security; or

as part of a business transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

We do not permit humans to read Google user data except when necessary to provide user-requested reporting, with the user’s consent, for security or abuse investigation, to comply with law, or when data has been aggregated or de-identified.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect credentials and Google Ads data, including access controls and limiting access to authorized personnel. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your choices

You can revoke the tool’s Google access at any time through your Google Account permissions. You may also contact us to request access to or deletion of data retained by AdCrunch, subject to legal and contractual requirements.

Children

This internal business tool is not directed to children and is not intended for personal consumer use.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the tool or our legal obligations. We will update the effective date when changes are published.
