AdCrunch Digital (“AdCrunch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website adcrunchdigital.com and provides paid advertising and marketing services to its clients. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form, book a call, or email us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, and anything you include in your message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, including analytics tools and advertising pixels such as the Meta Pixel.
Client business information. When a client engages us to run advertising, we collect business contact details and the information needed to manage their campaigns, including access to their advertising accounts that they grant to us through platform tools such as Meta Business Manager.
2. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
respond to your inquiries and schedule and conduct calls;
provide, manage, and report on advertising services for our clients;
operate, maintain, and improve our website and services;
send service communications and, where permitted, marketing communications you can opt out of at any time;
measure the performance of our own advertising; and
comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
3. Meta platform data
AdCrunch uses Meta’s Marketing API, through an app registered to AdCrunch, to create, manage, and report on advertising campaigns on behalf of clients who have authorized us to do so. Through this access we may receive advertising account data, campaign settings, creative assets, and performance metrics. We use this data only to deliver the services our clients have engaged us for, we do not sell it, and we handle it in accordance with Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Access can be revoked at any time by the client through Meta Business Manager, and the data we hold can be deleted on request as described in Section 9.
4. Cookies and tracking technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics, to remember your preferences, and to measure and improve our advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the website works. Advertising platforms such as Meta and Google provide their own controls for interest-based advertising in your account settings on those platforms.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
service providers that help us operate our business, such as website hosting, analytics, scheduling, email, and advertising platforms, who may use the information only to provide services to us;
advertising platforms such as Meta and Google, to the extent necessary to run and measure campaigns;
professional advisers and authorities when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AdCrunch, our clients, or others; and
a successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Client advertising data is retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterward for reporting and record-keeping, unless earlier deletion is requested.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to receive a copy of your data. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting us. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 12. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
9. Data deletion requests
You can request deletion of your personal information at any time:
Email andrew@adcrunchdigital.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and tell us which information you want deleted.
If you connected a Meta account or business asset to AdCrunch, you can also remove our access in your Facebook settings under Settings & Privacy, Settings, Business Integrations, or in Meta Business Manager under Partners.
We will confirm receipt and delete the requested data within 30 days, unless we are required by law to keep it, in which case we will tell you.
10. Children
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
